How is my order delivered?

ATS Bullion Ltd provides a free, fully insured delivery service to the UK for any orders that are received and cleared by 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the following day. (Please note we only despatch to the UK. If you have an international address you are looking to deliver to, please contact our sales team for more information).

Parcels are sent via the Royal Mail service and do require a signature. The packaging is unbranded and discreet. Each parcel is fully insured and underwritten by Lloyds of London up to a value of £50,000. If your order exceeds this value, more than one parcel will be sent and each parcel will be despatched separately.

When will I receive my order?

If ordering online, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a Track and Trace reference number once the parcel is despatched.

For orders valued above £200, these will be despatched via Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm and should arrive by 1pm on the designated delivery day. If you are not at home to take delivery a “While You Were Out” card will be left at the property. You can then rearrange delivery with the local sorting office or collect from there with personal ID. The parcels remain insured until they are signed for.

For orders below £200, these will be despatched via the Royal Mail Signed For service. These parcels aim to deliver on the next day but we would always recommend allowing up to two days for delivery. If you are not at home to take delivery a “While You Were Out” card will be left at the property. You can then rearrange delivery with the local sorting office or collect from there with personal ID. The parcels remain insured until they are signed for.

Can I specify a day for my order to be delivered?

If you would like to specify a day on which you would prefer to take delivery please make a note in the comments section during Checkout. Please note that if you are paying by debit or credit card we are only able to deliver to the card’s billing address.
