The Royal Mint's Queen’s beast series are based on the ten statues which stood guard for the Queen’s Coronation in 1953. There were ten coins released, each one focused on the history and symbolism of each mythical creature. This final coin showcases all ten beasts in one design to complete the collection.

The coins displayed include: Lion of England, Griffin of Edward III, Red Dragon of Wales, Unicorn of Scotland, Black Bull of Clarence, Falcon of the Plantagenets, Yale of Beaufort, White Lion of Mortimer, White Horse of Hanover and the White Greyhound of Richmond.

This is a Two Ounce Silver coin minted in 999.9 Silver, to the Royal Mint Bullion standard.

These coins benefit from Capital Gains Tax Exempt and have a currency value of £5. All UK gold and silver bullion coins manufactured by the Royal Mint are legal tender and are exempt from Capital Gains Tax.

Earlier coins in the Queen’s Beast series are limited edition and may have to be purchased individually.
