Can I collect my gold from your office?
When purchasing gold bullion on our website by transfer, you are more than welcome to collect in store during our office hours (Mon-Fri 9.30am - 5pm).
What do I need to bring with me?
When coming to collect your gold make sure you bring one form of photographic identification. Please bring with you a Passport, Driving licence or National Identity card.
Can I specify a day I would like to collect the gold?
Yes, you are more than welcome to specify a day you would like to collect your gold.
Can someone else collect it on my behalf?
We always prefer it if you can pick it up in person. However, in special circumstances whereby you cannot make it into our office please contact email@example.com or call us on 020 7240 4040. We are happy to arrange an alternative for you.
Why can't I pay on debit card and collect it?
We don't accept people paying by debit card and then collecting as we would require the buyer to bring with them the card they purchased the gold with. It would mean us obtaining a copy of your card details which aren't passed onto us from our secure payment team at the bank. It isn't possible for us to do this.
